Kim and Curt's final party at Julie's house FINALLY

The Invitation Picture
Julie, Kim, and baby Isabelle
Our friend Julie Kent has an amazing house in North Ferrisburgh VT. We were able to take a little break from packing and spend the weekend camping, partying, hanging out, and spending time with our Vermont friends we love so much. Kiesha (Kim's sister) even brought the newest addition to her family: little Isabelle!

Thank you so much Julie! You're awesome! We'll miss you a bunch but will always remember this weekend!!

Our Friend Craig

We gave ourself a week to move out of our apartment from our last day of work till the last day on our lease. This gave us the option to try and get some money by posting things on our favorite website: Craigslist. Among the things we were able to get rid of, ie. couch, dressers, tables, chairs, outdoor furniture, there was the exercise bike. Now before we get any further... the current status of Sold vs. not sold will not be disclosed. BUT we did want to give an example of how awesome we were making these craigslist posts!!! READ ON:

Man exercise is a hard word to spell huh!? How many people guessed it correct without spellcheck? I'm guessing zero. Anyways, we got a good ecxersize bike here that we don't need anymore because we're moving into a van and driving around America. Maybe if it were a real bike we'd take it with us but alas it has no wheels. I wasn't sure which category to post this under because there were so many good choices but ultimately I decided to post it under bicycles because even though it doesn't take you anywhere geographically or literally speaking it takes you plenty of places emotionally and fitness wise. It's got all the sweet features a health conscious enthusiast like yourself might like such as programmable fitness sessions with different difficulty levels and a calorie burning read-ometer as well as an adjustable seat and the convenience of battery-operatedness! $40 or best offer, we just want it to go to a good home. Come over and try it out and if you're not 100% satisfied enough we'll give you your money back (assuming you gave us the money before taking the test ride) The black shoestring hanging off the right handlebar is a cat toy and IS NOT included! The carpet underneath the bike is negotiable.

The last day of work...The first day of figuring it all out!

So here we are, at our last day or work. Kim and Curt say goodbye to some of the people who they have grown to love over the past 5 years. Kim, the manager at Garcia's Tobacco Shop on Church St. in Burlington VT, and Curt, the head of the art department at Amalgamated Culture Works on Pine St. in Burlington VT.  It's bittersweet, going from a 9-5 job and a steady paycheck to the unknown! We'll be sure to keep in touch! Now- how to downsize from an apartment full of STUFF to fit it into our Van!
